Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American actress and singer. Her most well-known roles include theatre actress and for her role as Chelsea Daniels from the Disney channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol, is an American performer (female), is best known as a recurring role in the TV series That's So Raven. Van der Pol was a part of Ronnie in Shake It Up, a Disney Channel Original Series Shake It Up in 2011. Music-wise, van der Pol worked with Raven Symone as well as Orlando Brown to record the That's So Raven theme for the soundtrack for the series created by Disney Channel. Over It was recorded for the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck In The Suburbs. Van der Pol performed pop/R&B versions from The Lion King Circle of Life as well as Cinderella The Dream Is a Wish My Heart Makes, as part of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars.
